## What is VocArt?

VocArt turns vocabulary practice into something you can explore. Instead of staring at lists, you move through richly illustrated scenes, tap what catches your eye, and discover everyday words in context.

Each scene works like a visual dictionary you can interact with. Tap an object marker to see the word in your chosen language, along with helpful details like romanization where relevant, plus articles and grammatical gender when applicable. Pronunciation audio is also available with Premium, so you can connect what you see with how the word sounds.

As a developer I thought about building a similar app, until I see this ;) It's way better than what I would even plan in my head. That's a lot of time and effort put in, for sure. Respect!
My only complain is sometimes the dynamic island blocks text, but it's a reasonable compromise to provide a full screen experience.

I am learning French, and this is a fun and different way to learn some vocabulary. 
There are some glitches with parts of words that get hidden because they are too big for their text boxes, but that is rare, and I imagine they will be easily fixed. 
I appreciate having an interesting way to work on my French.

This app is really useful and amazing for learning languages, my only note is that to add a sound to pronunce the words in other languages too like ( Russian and German )

I downloaded this app because I’m learning Russian. The idea is great but so far it has very few languages, and Russian isn’t available yet. When Russian is added in the future I will download it again. Beautiful illustrations. Very useful tool.

Because we are small and have limited budget, we need to do it step by step. Russian should be fully integrated into VocArt late 2021. I saw the app advertised on quora and came to check it out.

The voices are nice, but it looks like there's little content so far. I mean, if I purchase the kitchen & food pack, will I have to but future packs separately?

Is also lacks the indication of noun genders in languages that have them.

You are right, there is little content. We have just kicked-off with version 1.0 but second artwork "Holidays & Travel" will come this Spring and more languages will come in the Summer.

You are also getting it right - each pack is being sold separately. On the other hand please remember that each 1st illustration is free so hopefully free users will have enough materials to play with.

Noun genders - we also thought about that. We will come back to this idea with time.
