Groups and classes
Run groups with their own schedule, capacity, roster and attendance. Charge them per period or per class, and let people sign up from your booking page.

Charges that don't come from an appointment
Monthly fees, enrolment fees, insurance premiums or advance payments: charge them separately from your calendar, with an automatic reminder if you want one. And generate downloadable receipts or invoices with your details and your logo.

When the person paying isn't the person you see
If someone manages another person's appointment — a family member, a company — you keep both sets of details, and every reminder goes to whoever should get it.

Account statement
A downloadable document with what each person owes, ready to send.

Health module (optional, off by default)
If you're a registered health professional, you can record a coded diagnosis (ICD-10) for each session. And in Colombia, prepare the RIPS file you're required to submit to the Ministry of Health. If you don't turn it on, none of this appears in your account.
