## What is Vocatim?

Vocatim turns any conversation into clean, readable text — and it never leaves your phone.

Record live or import an audio file, and Vocatim transcribes it, tells apart who spoke, writes a short summary and even answers your questions about it. Everything runs on your device, with no cloud, no account and no sign-up. It works offline — on a plane, on the metro, anywhere.

WHAT VOCATIM DOES
• Fully on-device & offline — audio, transcripts and summaries are processed and stored locally. Nothing is ever uploaded.
• Knows who spoke — it separates speakers, labels each by name, and recognises the same voice across your recordings, so familiar people are named automatically.
• AI summaries & chat — a local AI writes a short summary of your meeting and answers questions about a single recording or your whole library.
• Record or import — use the microphone, pick an audio file, or share a memo straight from Voice Memos.
• Quick capture — start recording from Control Center or the Dynamic Island, without opening the app (iOS 18).
• Eight-language interface — the app is available in Polish, English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese. Speech transcription works in Polish, Dutch and English.
• Also on Mac — Vocatim runs on your Mac too, with a wider two-pane layout and larger AI models where your Mac can handle them.

YOUR CONVERSATIONS STAY YOURS
Vocatim has no backend and no account. Nothing is uploaded to us — there is no "us" to upload to. There are no analytics and no tracking. If you use Vocatim on both iPhone and Mac, optional syncing goes through your own iCloud, which only you can read.
