It takes too long to earn any type of rewards. Would be ideal if it did not perpetually show the banner to join the birthday club. Would also be nice if it had a barcode or personalize code that could be given to the cashier when ordering/paying in-store to still earn points, instead of only earning points when ordering through the app. Right now, however, the app is failing. Each time, upon launch, the error message “Error occurred in loading payment config.” Is showing, and the rest of the app for ordering does not show. It has virtually no functionality and just keeps giving weird instructions about provide a "fraction of pizza." It also cycles me back through the topping menu again and again. I honestly can't believe the app has about three stars. Way too high. Go on Reddit and type in "Vocelli pizza app" and you'll see what I mean. Abysmal reviews. ### 1/5 — Broken App *2026-03-14, version 13.0.4* You can’t use this app for delivery at all. The format the address needs to be written in does not auto populate. We have been forced to purchase from other local pizza places that accept cash but offer the ease of ordering online. ### 1/5 — Devs, Please Read *2025-09-28, version 13.0.4* The app only accepts one of my debit cards, while the previous version accepted both without issues. The interface during checkout consistently has issues and requires many attempts to finalize all details before submitting the order. Under delivery notes for an order, it seems only about 100 characters are permitted. The issue here is that many delivery drivers at my local store struggle with English. So, I write the delivery instructions in Spanish as well. You need to dramatically increase the amount of space available to add instructions. This is more of a style comment, and not a problem, but I find the toppings list to be counterintuitive. I get that it is sorted by sauce, cheese, meats, etc. But, each category seems to be sorted in a random way. Maybe the most popular toppings are towards the top? I’m not sure. I feel like alphabetical would make sense, but I like the old app better for this portion. ### 1/5 — Legit Scamming App *2025-08-22, version 13.0.4* The newest update has BROKEN ALL PURCHASES. Your orders are being added on additional fees for things that are already included within the purchase price. Steer clear of this application until it’s fixed.
