Vocilio is the intelligent voice notes app that records, transcribes, and summarizes — entirely on your device.

Capture your thoughts, meeting notes, ideas, and reminders with a single tap. Vocilio instantly turns your voice into searchable text, so you never lose an important detail.

RECORD
Start recording with one tap or let the app begin automatically. A real-time waveform shows your audio as you speak. Set a voice command to stop recording hands-free — perfect when you're multitasking.

CARPLAY
Take Vocilio on the road. Record voice notes directly from your CarPlay display with a simple, voice-first interface designed for driving (requires iOS 26.4 or later). Start and stop from the screen, or end a recording with your voice command — no need to pick up your phone. Audio cues confirm when recording starts and stops. When your latest note has an AI summary, listen to it hands-free from CarPlay.

TRANSCRIBE
Every recording is automatically transcribed using Apple's on-device Speech framework. No internet connection required, no audio sent to any server. Supports English and Italian, with more languages coming soon.

SUMMARIZE
Long recording? Get a concise AI-generated summary powered by Apple Intelligence. Instantly see the key points without reading the full transcript. Available on supported devices with Apple Intelligence enabled.

ORGANIZE
Group your notes into color-coded projects. Search across all your recordings by transcript content. Select multiple notes to move, assign, or delete them in bulk.

SIRI & SHORTCUTS
Say "Hey Siri, record with Vocilio" to start recording instantly — Vocilio begins capturing right away, even when CarPlay is connected. Say "Hey Siri, read summary with Vocilio" to hear the AI summary of your latest note. Build powerful automations with the Shortcuts app — retrieve your latest transcript, audio file, or summary from any workflow.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN
Vocilio has no servers, no accounts, no analytics, and no tracking. Audio files, transcripts, and summaries are stored only in your device's private sandbox. When you delete a note, it's gone — permanently. Your voice stays yours.

SECURITY
Protect your notes with Face ID or Touch ID. When enabled, the app locks automatically every time you leave it.
