### 5/5 — Perfect for coaching sessions

*2026-08-09*

I’m a career coach and I record all my client sessions (with consent). The summary helps me track progress and follow up on action items between calls. Makes my job so much easier.

**Developer response:** Thank you, this is exactly what we hoped Vocory would be used for. Quick tip: before each call, ask the AI chat "what did we commit to last time?" and it pulls the action items from that client's previous session. If anything would make it fit coaching better, tell me in Settings --> Share feedback. I read every message.

### 5/5 — Great for recipe ideas

*2026-08-06*

I watch a lot of cooking tutorials and use this to pull the ingredients and steps into a clean recipe note. Way easier than pausing the video every 10 seconds to write things down.

**Developer response:** This made my day, pulling recipes out of cooking videos is such a clever use of link import, honestly one we didn't design for but love. Try asking the AI chat "list just the ingredients with quantities" and you get a shopping-ready list in seconds. Thanks for writing this, enjoy the cooking!

### 5/5 — Perfect for long distance calls

*2026-08-02*

My family lives overseas and we have long catch-up calls. I record them and use the summary to remember all the little life updates and stories. Such a nice way to hold onto those conversations without taking notes during the call.

**Developer response:** This is one of the sweetest reviews we've received. Holding onto family stories from overseas calls is a beautiful way to use Vocory. Those recordings stay in your library too, so you can always go back and hear their voices. Thank you for sharing this

### 5/5 — Better than I expected

*2026-08-02*

I downloaded it on a whim and didn’t expect much, but it’s become one of my most used apps. The summaries are actually smart — not just random bullet points. Even my messy, rambling thoughts come out organized.

**Developer response:** I love this, the "downloaded on a whim" users who stay are our favorite kind. Making messy, rambling thoughts come out organized is exactly what we obsess over, so it means a lot that you noticed. If the summary style ever doesn't fit, you can adjust the length and format right in the note. Thanks for the kind words!

### 5/5 — Great for journalism students

*2026-08-01*

I do a lot of short interviews for class projects. Recording, transcribing, and pulling quotes used to take hours. Now I import the audio, get a full transcript in minutes, and can search for exact lines. Saved me so much deadline stress.

**Developer response:** Deadline stress relief is the best compliment a notes app can get. Searching for exact lines is perfect for pulling quotes fast, and since every speaker is labeled you always know who said what for attribution. Good luck with your class projects, and thanks for the review !!

### 5/5 — Great for student researchers

*2026-07-31*

I do qualitative interviews for my thesis, and transcribing used to take forever. Now I record directly in the app, get a full transcript and key points in minutes. The export to Word makes it so easy to drop quotes right into my paper. Total game-changer for grad school.

**Developer response:** Thank you. Qualitative research is one of the most demanding uses out there, so "game-changer for grad school" means a lot. Glad the Word export is doing its job getting quotes into your paper.

### 5/5 — Worth every penny for podcast lovers

*2026-07-30*

I listen to so many podcasts but never have time to go back for notes. I import the episode link, and 30 seconds later I have a clean summary with all the key insights. Perfect for when I want to remember the good parts without re-listening to 2 hours of audio.

**Developer response:** The good parts without re-listening to 2 hours" is exactly why we built link import, so this review made us smile. If an episode is really dense, you can also ask the AI chat for takeaways on one specific topic. Thanks for the support!

### 5/5 — Lifesaver for med school lectures

*2026-07-30*

Trying to listen to med lectures and write notes at the same time was impossible — I’d always miss key details. Now I just hit record, pay attention in class, and review the structured summary later. It pulls out all the key terms and concepts automatically. Cut my study time in half, no exaggeration.

**Developer response:** Cutting study time in half for med school is no small thing, thank you for sharing this. You're using it exactly right: stay present in lecture, let the notes build themselves. You can also try the study-guide summary style too, it organizes key terms for review before exams. Good luck this semester!

### 5/5 — One of the BEST recording apps

*2026-07-26*

I was referred by one of my friends to try out Vocory, and it has easily become a great assistant for my daily routine. The UI is intuitive and easy to navigate; one can start recording or reviewing transcripts without a learning curve.

It distinguishes from iPhone’s default Voice Memos app by providing a variety of language choices for transcript conversion. The modernized AI function helps users analyze and diagnose the content more effectively. From audio, video to podcast, I found it could even work as a live translator while travelling.

Hoping to see more features coming out :). It is definitely worth installing if you are looking for a smart, all-in-one recording and transcription app.

**Developer response:** Thank you for such a thoughtful review, and thanks to your friend for the referral! Using it as a live translator while traveling is a brilliant use we're seeing more and more. Your wish for new features is well timed: the next update makes the whole app available in 15 languages, with more to come. Reviews like this keep a small team going, truly appreciated.
