Fairly easy to buy a package and activate it. However in India - refuses to connect to 5G, only 4G. Speeds are very slow to the point you can’t read emails. You have to vpn - then suddenly the speeds increase. The support staff are very quick to answer - however they couldn’t explain why the speeds were limited to 4G and why I had to vpn to get 20mbps of speed. Without a vpn - it was 0.85 mbps - if I was lucky

Count down on how many days left in my eSIM started after activation before I gone abroad, it’s been said that they raised the issue with the team and will see if they going to fix the issue in the app before I go on holiday within 9 days, rating for now is in the middle

eSIM works great for us in South Africa, so easy to buy and install in the phone. The app hasn’t been the best, has already required 2 updates in less than a week and often doesn’t load.

Ich habe ein e-SIM für Ägypten gekauft. Die Datenübertragung war so langsam, dass die Karte unbrauchbar war und ich immer auf WLAN angewiesen war. Leider absolut nicht weiter zu empfehlen 😢😢😢

Esim fairly easy to install but the coverage in certain parts of italy was terrible (Rome seemed ok but by that point i had download maps for offline use). Naples/Pompei/Amalfi Coast was sporadic and slow at best. I tried reaching out to complain while there but there was no obvious way to do that on the app and satisfaction survey came a month after purchase.

Login button goes to a completely blank page. Have deleted/reinstalled multiple times…cleared browsing history, etc. Will have to use the website to manage my eSIM now.

Absoluter voll Katastrophe.Türkei Urlaub 50+50gb Paket gebucht. Denke am ende werde ich mit 99Gb nach Deutschland kehren. Es funktioniert einfach garnichts. Rausgeschmissenes Geld. Ich musste mir ein Paket von Türk Telekom dazu buchen . Echt ärgerlich. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Ich habe für meine  vierköpfige Familie das Datenpaket mit 50+50 GB vor Antritt in den Türkeiurlaub gebucht.  Geworben wurde mit schnellem
5G. In der Türkei angekommen funktioniert fast nichts. Die einfachsten Seiten brauchen eine Ewigkeit zum Öffnen. Die Vodafone-Travel App selber funktioniert nicht mehr. Von Videos  ansehen brauche wir gar nicht erst reden. Ich werde versuchen mir den Betrag zurück zu erstatten.

I bought a Vodafone SIM for my trip to Egypt, thinking it would be a reliable choice given the company’s reputation and extensive infrastructure there. I couldn’t have been more wrong.

It was, without exaggeration, the worst mobile service I’ve ever experienced. About 90% of the time I had no data connection at all, and when I did, the speeds were so slow that the internet was practically unusable.

The breaking point came when I urgently needed internet access and the Vodafone SIM simply wouldn’t work. I turned it off and switched to Verizon’s international roaming instead. Ironically, my phone still connected to Vodafone’s towers—but this time the internet was blazing fast. It felt like a completely different network and was easily worth Verizon’s $12/day roaming charge.

That experience left me wondering: is Vodafone’s prepaid SIM service just that bad? Because after this trip, I wouldn’t use it again even if it were free.

Während mein Kollege bei zurück volle Leistung genießt muss ich mich hier mit ständigen Abbrüchen beklagen. Lohnt sich nicht. Am besten woanders kaufen.
Werde versuchen eine Rückerstattung zu bekommen da ich nicht mal ein Video oder eine einfache Webseite laden kann ohne 5 Minuten zu warten

I didn’t read the reviews first like an idiot, but this service is not worth it. Simple trip to London, and this barely worked. Terrible and mostly non-existent coverage had me spending half my first few days looking for WiFi networks just to do basic things on my phone. Switched to Saily and it’s been working like a charm. Believe the reviews.

I was extremely satisfied with the easy to use and installed eSIM, the amount of data and price for it. It uses all available mobile networks, not just one like most other travel eSIM providers. That helped a lot in the Rockies.

They have been wonderful. Fast speed data, cheap plan and helpful customer service! My friend and I are travelling Europe for 2 months and we purchased the 90 day eSIM with 100GB for only €38 and it’s worked wonderfully. We had a quick question about data roaming and send them an email and they responded within a day. It’s hard to find cheap and good quality eSIMs when travelling so I highly recommend Vodafone.

Confesso que fiquei na dúvida por não ter muita informação para Brasileiros e necessidade ou não de enviar documentos pessoais para ativar o esim, mas mesmo assim comprei por ter gostado da operadora em um outra viagem na qual comprei um simcard localmente. A instalação do esim foi bem fácil, no avião eu ativei o roaming de dados, fiz as configurações conforme informações no site e aguardei chegar no meu destino. Assim que o avião pousou eu já recebi sinal 5G. A Internet é bem rápida e pegou bem em todos os locais que visitei. Comprei 30 dias de planos de dados e foi tudo perfeito no meu telefone móvel e no da minha esposa. Recomendo fortemente para a Itália.
