Maalesef kolay paket teklifleri çok yetersiz. Fiyatları şişirmek için 5000 SMS gibi özellikler ekliyorlar ki bu devirde kimsenin SMS atmadığı göz önüne alindiginda açıkça müşteriyi aptal yerine koyuyorlar. Asla ay içinde kolay paket almayı teşvik edici promosyonlar yapmıyorlar TurkTelekom gibi. Sana Ozel diye sunduğu planlar ve paketler web sitesindeki normal olan fiyatlarından bile daha pahalı. Ek paket asla yok. Konuşma paketi neredeyse hiç yok. Çok dusuk ve pahalı bir haftalık bir internet ek paketinden de başka bir paket sunmuyor.  Artık sadece vergileri ödüyorum hat açık kalsın diye asla bir paket almıyorum. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmem. Vodafonedan uzak durun eğer faturasız kullanıcıysanız. Çok ama çok kötü.

Simdi bunu yapana, buna onay verene hepsine sevgilerimi gonderiyorum. Sifre almak icin SMS atmak lazim, Yurtdisinda calismiyor, SMS atmak ucretli. Hangi Einstein yapti bu uygulamayi gidin biraz Turkcell den diger operatorlerden ogrenin bu is nasil yapilirmis.

This for people who have Vodafone mobile number and internet. Not designed for flexibility for remote workers needing access via their foreign number or a number from a different carrier. Mobile app keeps on resetting pass and creating a new one is a big deal if you done have cell phone from Vodafone TR. website and mobile front ends won’t match, tariffs and contracts won’t show up in such. I bought a mobile access Redbox 5G and suffering a great deal from that one too. Vodafone used to have  a great IT and cellular services once but far from it now.

Uygulama içindeki bir menünün yerini unuttum (talimatlarım) TOBI’ye “talimat vermek istiyorum” yada “talimatlarım” yaziyorum. Aman Allah’ım dünyanın çözülmesi en zor matematik problemini sormuşum gibi cevap vermeyi bırak bildiğin chatbot çöküyor. Uygulamanın içindeki bir menünün yerini daha belirleyemiyor. Kesinlikle Türkiye’deki telekomünikasyon işletmeleri arasındaki en aptal digital asistan. TV’de reklamlar donuyor ama içi boş 6 aylık bir kullanıcı olarak söylüyorum VODAFONE PİȘMANLIKTIR.
