Kleine sind nur bei what not willkommen. Je recommande fortement 🔥🔥🔥 ### 1/5 — Service client déplorable et pratiques douteuses *2025-09-16, version 3.66* Je suis extrêmement déçu par l’application Voggt et son service client. Après avoir rencontré un problème avec un vendeur sur leur plateforme, j’ai tenté de les contacter à plusieurs reprises. Malheureusement, je n’ai reçu aucune réponse, que ce soit de leur part ou du vendeur. Face à cette absence totale de soutien, j’ai été contraint d’ouvrir un litige auprès de ma banque. Ce qui est encore plus inacceptable, c’est que Voggt m’a demandé de retirer ce litige pour pouvoir accéder à nouveau à leur plateforme, sans même avoir résolu le problème initial. Cette demande s’apparente à du chantage, car je ne suis en aucun cas responsable de l’erreur du vendeur. Il est scandaleux qu’une entreprise laisse un vendeur continuer ses activités alors qu’il a un litige en cours, simplement pour préserver ses propres intérêts financiers. Je déconseille vivement cette application à toute personne souhaitant acheter ou vendre en ligne. Le manque de réactivité, l’absence de soutien aux clients et les pratiques douteuses de Voggt sont inacceptables. ### 5/5 — Très très bonne application *2025-06-15, version 3.66* Franchement jetait choquer de l’application je pensait que j’allais me faire anarquer par les vendeur mes pas du tout si vous voulez des carte Pokémon ses la bonne application ### 5/5 — Recommandation *2025-05-22, version 3.65* Je recommande la plate-forme qui assure afin de régler des litiges de vendeurs peu scrupuleux comme par exemple « Kaiogaoff » qui ont été mal honnêtes suite à l’oubli d’une display à 270€ dans ma commande ! Grace à Valentin et sont équipe j’ai réussi à être remboursé non sans mal après 35 jours d’attente. ### 4/5 — Appli energivore *2025-03-17* Très bonne application d’enchère, en revanche quand on quitte l’application sans la fermer totalement elle reste en fond sur le téléphone ( iPhone 15) et elle consomme de la batterie de manière excessive. Parfois je vais sur l’appli je scroll…. Je switch d’application en cour de route et met le tel en veille et je reviens 1h plus tard et boom… batterie de 70 à 30%. Je vais dans les paramètre batterie voir d’où vient la conso, c’est Voggt, alors qu’elle est en arrière plan je suis même pas dessus. Maintenant j’ai pris le coup, je ferme totalement l’appli avant d’arrêter le téléphone mais j’ai mis un moment à trouver.
