I know we all know it’s her but it’s important to name her in the archive piece, just up on your app. Thank you, VOGUE. ### 2/5 — Full menu upon selection *2026-07-21, version 12.73.1* It would be great if the app allow full selection menu access, similar to the iOS system. This would enable users to select text and use system-level functions like “Define” and “Translation.” Also, as an annually paid user to the app, I wrote an email to contact support, your auto-reply says will respond me in 48 hours since June 24th 2026. My dear, now is July 21……. ### 2/5 — Money scam *2026-07-01, version 12.71.3* The app is very frustrating. I have had a subscription for almost 6 months and the app continues to not register it. I have confirmed on my computer that I have one and that it works but the app will not allow me to sign in and use it. It continues to try and make me “restore my subscription” or subscribe to a higher level. Really disappointed that this issue has not been resolved. ### 2/5 — DOESN’T WORK! *2026-06-15, version 12.71.3* I bought the subscription for the app. When I went to look at individual images for a collection, they wouldn’t load and a pop up appeared asking to purchase the subscription. Keep in mind, I’m already signed in. I clicked on the pop-up, entered my info and it stated that I already have a subscription which ends in September. I even logged out and back in again and the same thing! Meanwhile, they don’t even have any customer service support! Why the hell am I paying for a subscription that doesn’t even work then?! ### 1/5 — Paywall For Everything *2026-06-05, version 12.64.2* This app used to be almost completely free. Now nearly all of the content is subscription based. The only reason I even had the app in the first place was to view the runway looks by different designers. Now that’s blocked too. Why the hell would I pay for something I can just Google for free? So exhaustingly greedy. We all have subscription fatigue! I refuse to pay them for the “privilege” of also selling my data. Uninstalled! ### 1/5 — Horrible *2026-06-01* This app is shockingly bad. It does not respond when you click on things especially if it involves trying to change or cancel your subscription. The customer service is also terrible which may be unrelated. They renewed my subscription when I didn’t want to and when I emailed about it they told me there was noting they could do. Which was irritating but fine and then now I am not receiving magazines and I didn’t have online access after paying to renew the subscription that I didn’t want in the first place. I sent an email to see what was going on and they just never responded??? I ended up signing up for a free trial again because my brother was featured and I wanted to see his picture and now I’m trying to cancel before they automatically charge me again but the button on the app to deal with my subscription just magically doesn’t work. **Developer response:** Thank you for your review, @Mynameistakenapperently. They even advertise it in Vogue magazine, but the app no longer includes your Vogue subscription! One used to be able to download an issue and read the whole thing. My subscription is active until Sep. 2026. I’ve reached out to customer support several times and they tell me to talk to apple. Apple says I need to get in touch with the developer. After several emails with Vogue they told me they would forward my issue to tech and someone will get back to me within 48 hours. That was about two weeks ago. Completely bug ridden, still signing out constantly and saying I don’t have a premium subscription (I do) absolutely terrible. I paid through the webpage on my Chrome app. The Vogue app will not honor the purchase with my Apple ID. ### 1/5 — Unable to access the subscription content I pay for *2026-06-30* The worst thing is that when I access subscription content I’m told that I need to subscribe, but I’m already subscribed so I try to restore my purchase but they say it can’t be processed so I got back to the content and try and sign up again for the subscription, but I can’t because I already have it. Then I go to report a bug and you cannot open the link. I want to pay for your images vogue. Just your runway archive that’s all I want but you won’t let me even though I pay for it and offer to pay again 💀💀💀💀💀😭😭😭😭😭 Also Saving images is janky, they lack ability to filter and search for actual fashion info, slow times all over.
