I have an auto renewal subscription and every year I have to contact magzter to get the subscription honored. I do not have this problem w any other media. I love India Vogue but this is deeply irritating

It says ‘contact support’ but it doesn’t pop up with anything or allow me to get assistance.

I have deleted and re installed the app and still have issues.

Vogue India is a treat for the eyes and the mind. Full of beautiful photography and interesting articles.  But do yourself a favor and subscribe through Zinio. The magzster app that delivers Vogue India through Apple newsstand doesn't even remember the page you were on if you close it.

I have subscribed Jan 2021 for annually through apple itunes and its showing there but whenever i open the app for any magazine it asks for subscribing... please check how to resolve this. As i am feeling cheated
