I regret ever signing up for the suscripción. It simply does not work. It feels misleading at best and honestly like a scam at worst. Save your money and avoid the frustration.

Although I login with the same details the app won’t sync across iPhone , iPad etc. very disappointing. I am asked to subscribe again.

Was a huge fan of Vogue Living for 10 years. Looked forward to the print copy each time. Finally decided to get a digital last year coz moved to the US. Also, didn’t think it’s worth paying $12USD for the print copy since Neale Whitaker left. What a disappointment! Content is thin and way too trendy. Why do you think the millennials are your only customers? Bring back Neale Whitaker or try someone else. Certainly would be better than Rebecca Carratti! And the technology is laughable. How could the magazine not even have a zoom mode or a landscape mode in 2019? I want to cancel the subscription and the FAQ says to turn off auto renew. Is there even an auto renew button in the app, ipad setting or anywhere? Nope. Ridiculous!

After I changed my phone to iPhone X, I can’t open the magazine anymore, it always say there’s an error. There’s no trouble shooting and I’ve been trying to contact the app developers, I got no reply, so I unsubscribed.

If I could I'd give it ZERO STARS.  I subscribed thrust iTunes. I can't download the magazine.   I emailed magazine support and after a month still didn't get a response. I called Apple, their solution was to call the magazine in Australia or get an iTunes prorated refund. Do not buy a subscription!!

Tried everything, incl delete and reinstall. please fix urgently.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused but we have now fixed the issue in regards to Restoring Purchases. You should now be able to restore your previous purchases and download issues. Thank you for your patience.

Zero stars. Lost all archived issues. Can't download new issues. Tried suggested fixes. Didn't work. Love the magazine, even online. Hate the app.

Even with Whittaker at the helm VL is still a visually sumptuous delight. Concerns he might go cheap block 'look' and 'style';  but the team have kept that rubbish in check. We must preserve some vestiges of sophistication, even in this dumb downed vanilla-pastel fin de everything world.
