They dont even respond. Also the quality of the fabrics in person are cheap. Videos looks good, but inperson not so great. Could get them done with the local boutique for same price. Nishika was assigned as my designer and she was very keen in taking all the design requirements that I have and the best part was they provide you a step by step progress of the outfit by sending the pictures.
