The time to divert the call is inconsistent and the app needs to be open for it to ring on the device at all!

Super produit. Fonctionne parfaitement. Seul petit bémol, depuis septembre 2023 plus possible de passer des appelles ou d’en recevoir quand on est pas connecter en wifi. 
Contact invoxia. Le produit n’est plus commercialiser et donc aucune mise à jours. Vraiment dommage. Aucune alternative à cet excellent produit. Dommage que plus personne ne s’occupe de ce produit et surtout ne puisse le mettre à jours.

I am using for last 5 year, it is great device but now require update for IOS 16.4.2 . Device connected but warning either voice bridge off or not connected to Wi-Fi. It is becoming unusable. I did reset and reconfigured, but same message. 
Developer is requested to update pls

Although things were always a bit buggy with this device / App, it was at least usable.  Since updating to iOS 15, inbound calls do not ring on the app unless the app is open.  No rings, no notifications, nada, when the app is either closed or in the background.  As soon as you open the app, it starts ringing and the push notification comes in.  

DEVELOPER PLEASE UPDATE

Fonctionnement parfait depuis des années mais depuis iOS 15.2. Le téléphone ne sonne plus  !
Ça marche uniquement si l’appli est ouverte en tache de fond 😕

Das letzte Update war vor 2 Jahren.
Die App Funktioniert nur wenn die App im Vordergrund läuft und kein Sperrbildschirm
aktiv ist.
Ich habe ein IPhone 12 pro Max mit IOS 15.2
Ich muss aber hinzufügen das ich mit der App 
sehr zufrieden.
Ich würde mich freuen wenn es wenn es ein Update 
auf IOS 15.2 oder höher geben würde.

Leider klingelt das Handy erst ca. 5 Sekunden später als das Festnetz bzw. der Anrufer bereits das Klingelzeichen hört. Umgekehrt klingelt es noch 5 Sekunden lang nach, obwohl der Anrufer schon aufgegeben (=aufgelegt) hat.
Außerdem läßt sich die App seit Neuestem nicht mehr ohne „Registrierung“ starten, ich möchte aber meine E-Mail-Adresse nicht noch weiter verbreiten und es fehlt hier auch ein Datenschutzhinweis

Great Idea and a decent app but it needs an update!!

The call info does not show the phone number of the caller unless you try to call them back from the cellphone (that’s an issue)

The quality of the call is OK when on WiFi but it’s bad when on 4G even if your 4G is very strong with decent Mbps

Lease update your app. As of 2019 with an Apple X OS, your app does not work outside of the WiFi home network. It needs to be updated badly to work away from home and the WiFi network. Before the new updates for the X OS, it was working. You have some major work to do to have your product do what it says. Needs to be made compatible with 5G network.

No guarantees. Too many times it works locally then as soon as away from home system fails. Can’t reboot until u are back from out state or international. Buy another system if you can. This at best had been 50% success.

Been trying all afternoon - it crashes my internet, you hear the call ringing but answer it and you don’t hear anyone - it was my neighbour as we were trying it!

I’ve deleted the app and wondering whether to try again or return it to Amazon

This product a) never really worked and b) is now no longer supported. Shame. A note should be added to the app to state it is no longer supported.

The device has been discontinued. The app doesn’t work properly. So much money wasted for nothing.

It works when it works. Not the best piece of hardware and some echo and side tone issues but useable. However the biggest let down is the app, as they don’t keep on top of IOS updates and so it randomly stops working when IOS fix a bug, and you don’t know it’s stopped working until people tell you they were calling and no answer. Then you try to report it as an issue and you get a standard autoreply sting they are busy and no timescale nor response. So when they do fix it you don’t know as they haven’t bothered to tell you or send out a push notification to app users to tell you it’s fixed or that you need to update to an newer version of the app.
And then when you use the app the ly beguile on a button that keeps trying to give them good reviews on Amazon, it invites you to submit a review, shows the 5starts you can select but the first 4 are greyed out so you can’t submit anything less than a 4/5 review which is really really naughty and the way they positioned it in the software workflow you can accidentally submit a 4/5 review whilst just trying to get it off the screen in a rush so you can actually use the App.
Beware of invoxia products, it seems that once they have your money they aren’t too keen on continuing to deliver what they sold you….

Warum wird die App nicht aktualisiert?
Das Gerät / die App funktionierte eigentlich bis iOS15 gut, aber jetzt wird kein Gespräch mehr weitergeleitet. Es kommt die Meldung: VoiceBridge ist nicht mit dem Internet verbunden 
Und das obwohl das Gerät bei mir direkt per Kabel an der FRITZ!Box hängt 🤔

Despite being on a really good network, the product has always been unreliable. When it worked it was ok, but the product was not professional.
Having asked for help over the years, I never received any - then approached executives at Invoxia and eventually had a reply- and now my unit doesn’t work at all, which I cannot see as unrelated and we are back to them ignoring communications.
I wouldn’t buy anything from such an unprofessional company.

Great idea but nowhere near perfect. Echo of own voice is a major problem, especially when trying to join an existing conversation. 

 But more worryingly the app seems to have stopped working within the last week or so. At first it would drop a call after a minute, now it will join an existing call then immediately drop it. 

 Have deleted and reinstalled, and rebooted the base station. Will report back and adjust rating if appropriate

Just bought an Invoxia Voice Bridge for £94.99, it was out of stock everywhere. I needed something like this, but although it’s a great concept, if it’s not reliable enough then I can’t use it fully. There is a huge market for this specially in countries where landlines are still primary contact numbers, it just needs little TLC from the devs:

- Please update this to iOS 14
- Make it consistent and reliable
- Selectable iPhone ringtones

Es funktioniert gut. Festnetz und Smartphone bimmeln zur gleichen Zeit. Ich nehme in der Wohnung am Festnetz ab (höre das Handy auch immer zur gleichen Zeit klingeln). 

Gehe ich nach draußen, dann nehme ich bequem den einkommenden Anruf, der eigentlich für das Festnetz ankommt (das sehe ich in einer Einblendung auf dem Handy) dort draußen am Smartphone an. Wunderbar :-)

After having my landline diverted to my mobile for over 5 years with quite high divert and call costs, this is a breath of fresh air.
Had a few problems to start with. Was receiving notifications that I had missed a call but the iPhone hadn’t rung. Worked out that in settings I needed to select the “always on” function and it has been fine since. Very impressed and with no call charges or subscription, I am very happy with this little box

Le boîtier fonctionne parfaitement avec une Freebox. L'application également mais quelques ajustages cosmétiques seraient les bienvenues: affichage de l'avatar des correspondents, choix de vraies sonneries. Et surtout une application pour iPad !
Je recommande ce boîtier French Tech.
