Train your voice with a top British Theatre Professional - Yvonne Morley.

Her professional credits include Theatre (Royal Shakespeare Company, Royal National Theatre, Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre and a range of productions in London’s West End) Film and TV (BBC, ITV and several independents). Look, listen and be led through exercises for Vocal Fitness, Vocal Health and Vocal Performance.

Whether you are experienced or just beginning, this App will help you develop greater Vocal Fitness, Health and Performance. This is a 
tutor-led, step-by-step training programme that allows you to work at your own pace. You can stop and start at your leisure and track your progress. This allows you to re-visit exercises to practice them as often as you wish.

This App is aimed at professional actors and public speakers including lawyers, medics, broadcasters, politicians, teachers / lecturers, actors, entertainers and voice-over artists.

VOCAL FITNESS: Vocal muscles need training, just like any other muscles, to increase power, flexibility, expressive range and stamina. They work towards making it easier to be heard and understood. 

VOCAL HEALTH: To prevent damage and enhance your vocal performance it is important to look after your voice. The App will cover the 'helps and hindrances' both in your professional and everyday life. 

VOCAL PERFORMANCE: The App separately addresses requirements for the following users.

1. PUBLIC SPEAKERS: To enhance your presence, credibility, impact, and manage pressure to strengthen your delivery. There are tips on working with technology, including microphones. 

2. ACTORS & PERFORMERS: Offering rehearsal support through to performance for stage, screen and studio. Working with text and production values.

This is a brilliant app packed with expert knowledge, and is an invaluable tool for anyone using their voice in public speaking, on the stage, or at the studio microphone.  

There are many short bite-sized videos which don’t just delve into the technical business of delivery and presentation; the app abounds with warm ups ands physical exercises  - for neck and shoulders for instance - even the tongue gets a look-in. Other aspects are covered too; breathing, resonance and clarity of speech. 

Then there’s the matter of dealing with and delivering text in such a way as to be engaging and real to those listening. There’s plenty of thought-provoking and informative material  including the business of coping with feelings of apprehensiveness and anxiety - what Yvonne doesn’t know about the Vegas Nerve isn’t worth knowing.
