We understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for any confusion. Your Lifetime subscription still includes unlimited Basic Transcription and Summaries as originally promised. However, Pro Transcription requires expensive third-party AI services that cost us significantly per use. Unfortunately, we cannot sustainably offer these premium AI features to Lifetime users without severely impacting our ability to maintain and improve the app for everyone. Good effort but Urdu language is missing , once it will update with Urdu I will change my rating from 4 to 5. Also, it's in portrait-mode only, meaning I have to turn my iPad Pro with attached keyboard sideways. Thirdly, it doesn't transcribe from website url's. Tras investigarlo, identificamos la causa raíz: en versiones anteriores, el código de idioma seleccionado no se estaba enviando correctamente a nuestro motor de transcripción en tiempo real, lo que provocaba que el modelo infiriera el idioma por su cuenta y derivara hacia otros caracteres o al inglés. Esto ha sido corregido en la última actualización. Ahora el idioma seleccionado se pasa correctamente en cada sesión, lo que resulta en una transcripción mucho más precisa y estable en español. I had recorded a meeting I was in at city hall and once I hit save the audio. The audio completely vanished and I reached out to support for assistance on the matter four times I never received a response. So far I have not been able to find it. Your app is always free, it was lifetime access to the pro version that was offered on AppsGoneFree. Why did the AppsGoneFree page say it was $99.99 with a line through it as if we were getting the lifetime pro subscription? They were responsive to the problem, and it now works on my phone, but not my iPad. Once working, it blows the competition away. It is fast and 95% accurate. Even offline it does the job. The only remaining gripe it has a profanity filter. I’m a grown adult and not offended by words comedians use. The filter also cuts out some anatomical terms, that seems ridiculous for an app originally intended for health applications. Emails to the support desk remain unanswered.
