## What is Voice iT?

Voice iT turns your voice into finished, organized notes. Hit record — or drop in an existing audio file — and get an accurate transcript, a clear summary, and action items in seconds. No more replaying long recordings or typing up messy notes.

WHAT YOU GET
• Fast, accurate transcription for voice notes and long recordings
• Meeting mode with automatic speaker labels — know exactly who said what
• Instant TL;DR summaries with action items, owners and due dates
• Auto-generated titles and tags so notes are easy to find

ASK YOUR NOTES
Don't re-read a 40-minute call. Ask a question and get an answer grounded in the transcript — with citations and no made-up details. Follow-up questions supported.

TURN A NOTE INTO ANYTHING
One tap reshapes a transcript into:
• A polished email
• Formatted meeting minutes
• Bullet points or a blog draft
• Study flashcards and quizzes
• A translation into 10+ languages

BUILT FOR REAL WORK
• Projects to group client calls, lectures and interviews
• Full-text search across every transcript, summary and tag
• Import audio: m4a, mp3, wav, webm and more
• Custom vocabulary for names and jargon
• Export as PDF, Markdown, text or SRT captions
• Share a read-only link — no account needed to view
• Long recordings process in the background, even hour-long calls
