Instead of transcribing my voice recording as advertised, this clearly AI-summarization journal output entirely different content full of ChatGPTisms such as excessive “-ly” adverbs and unnatural, formal bot syntax. 

I expected my words to be transcribed as-is—not summarized, exaggerated, or ‘improved’.
