## What is Voice Memos Recorder?

Voice memos that write themselves down.

Voice Memos Recorder: Voicely is a voice recorder and an AI note taker in one app. Record a meeting, a lecture, an interview or a quick voice memo, and get back a clean transcript, a short summary and the action items — all processed on your iPhone.

RECORD FIRST, READ LATER
Tap record and stay in the conversation. When it ends you do not have to replay the audio: the recorder saves the transcript, the summary and the next steps together in one note, searchable down to the word.

TRANSCRIBE SPEECH TO TEXT ON YOUR IPHONE
Voicely transcribes on device. Once the speech model has downloaded, the recorder keeps working offline and every voice memo is transcribed without a connection — on a plane, in a basement lecture hall, anywhere without a signal. Speaker labels separate voices when more than one person is talking.

AN AI NOTE TAKER THAT TURNS TALK INTO ACTION
• A short summary of what was actually said
• Action items pulled out of the transcript
• Due dates kept with the task they belong to
• Tap any line of the transcript to jump to that moment in the audio

MADE FOR MEETINGS AND LECTURES
Team meetings and client calls become meeting minutes you can send. Lectures and seminars become lecture notes you can revise from. Research interviews become quotable text. And a personal voice memo stays a voice memo — just a readable one.

IMPORT WHAT YOU ALREADY RECORDED
Bring in audio or video files from Files or from another app. Voicely extracts the audio and lets you transcribe it with the same on-device workflow, so old voice memos join the new ones.

EXPORT ANYWHERE
Share the transcript, the summary and the tasks as TXT, Markdown or PDF — a clean record for your notes, your project docs or your meeting follow-up.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Transcription and AI processing happen on your iPhone. No Voicely account is required, and your voice memos are not uploaded to us for processing. iCloud backup and sharing are optional and stay under your control.

WHY VOICE MEMOS RECORDER: VOICELY
• Voice recorder and AI note taker in a single app
• Transcribe on device, offline after the model downloads
• Searchable transcripts with speaker labels
• Summaries, action items and due dates
• Audio and video import
• TXT, Markdown and PDF export

Record it. Read it. Act on it.

### 5/5 — Finally, voice notes that actually work

*2026-04-11*

Just speak and boom – clean notes, summary, and tasks. No typing, no mess. The AI summary is scary accurate, and Live Activities in Dynamic Island are a game changer. Siri Shortcuts make recording effortless. Way better than stock Voice Memos.

**Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Your kind words about the accuracy and ease of use mean a lot to our team.
