The meditations/stories aren’t long enough. They are good but too short. I am just about to relax and the session is over. So I have to find another. 2. The Devs don’t update or add new content enough. The mthly price is $15 not a great deal especially when there’s no new content. I am a visual learner, which makes the visual aspects of the app very powerful to me. I have subscribed twice to this app. The first time for a year , and more recently for life as I got a great option in the app for lifetime access which was a no brainer considering how powerful it is. You are transported to different times and places, taken on journeys in your mind and at the same time reprogrammed for positive mental health. Often later in the day something will happen and the listening from earlier in the day will come to mind and automatically I will respond for the better. I can not recommend this app enough. I love it, this will be my new daily thing ### 4/5 — Helpful and unique app *2023-10-14, version 4.0.44* I love this app. The main thing I don’t like about it is that often the sessions tell you to think about a positive or happy childhood memory. I guess they assume everyone has those. They’re wrong. I wish they had an alternative suggestion there and I wish they had models set to overcome past trauma and also assist with PTSD. Still I like it and at least their price for a year is reasonable unlike Youper or other apps. I also find it’s more unique than other similar apps. При дальнейших «медитациях» качество заметно ухудшалось и если тебе что-то не нравится, то проблема явно в тебе. Мол, переслушайте и может быть до вас дойдет. Это не единственная причина из-за которой здесь низкая оценка. Я потеряла доступ к своему аккаунту и когда я его пыталась вернуть то не получила обратной отдачи. Обратилась в поддержку и ответа нет по сей день, хотя это ситуация произошла ещё в ноябре, не неделя назад то есть. Зашла в отзывы к приложению и увидела, что я не одна. Скотское отношение, не понимаю, как это приложение ещё не снесли. ### 1/5 — Не работает на новом устройстве *2026-03-02* Сменила телефон на айфон 17 про Макс, ошибка авторизации — по почте не заходит, восстановление покупок не грузится , со старого устройства не вижу где отменить подписку, скоро новый платеж. При открытии приложения или ошибки или «подождите» и ОЧЕНЬ долгая загрузка (до нескольких минут) ### 1/5 — Зря продлила подписку( *2025-11-13* Подключила год назад и шатко-валко слушала. Сначала казалось, что там миллион историй и серий. По итогу пришло время продлевать подписку и я это сделала. И зря( Новых историй не появляется, некоторые я уже по сто раз слушала. При этом даже нет прогресса в сериях, после 9 ничего нет. Я специально обнулила ее, думала, что залагала приложуха – нет, также серия 9 заканчивается ничем. И путь героя тоже не обновляется. Конечно, раз оплатила, то буду пользоваться, деньги уже не вернуть, но в следующем году продлять не стану( Жаль, мне очень нравилось приложение, думала, что будет банк историй пополняться( ### 1/5 — Мошенники перевыпускают приложение *2023-10-08* Скачивал и покупал навсегда продукт «Voice - проще медитаций». На текущий момент они удалили приложение из AppStore и создали новое, где подписка/покупка не восстанавливается. Приложение полностью аналогичное, потому что скачал его из истории покупок и сравнил. Разница только в том, что где покупал подписку - зависает чуть сильнее и в том, что там покупка восстанавливается. В этом новых аудио вообще не появилось с 2021 года. Так что они просто собирают деньги за подписку, удаляют и перевыпускают как новое, все. Кто читает отзыв - прошу, не покупайте и не оплачивайте этот продукт, они могут это сделать снова и при прохождении пару лет вы не сможете скачать приложение даже из истории покупок на новой версии iOS. Они имеют возможность проверять покупки на аккаунте Apple, но почти за целый год, им писали такие же отзывы, но они ничего не сделали и даже не пытаются восстанавливать покупки из их прошлого приложения. Это мошенничество. ### 1/5 — Похоже на схему мошенничества *2023-07-25* Развод на деньги. Разработчик собирает деньги за доступ к историям, а потом удаляет приложение из магазина и создает такое же приложение с чуть измененным названием. И снова собирает деньги за 20 аудиодорожек. Новых историй не было и не будет. Отзыв неизвестно сколько провисит, все негативные подчищают ### 1/5 — Невозможно восстановить доступ *2023-06-18* Решила установить программу на айфон,но не могу восстановить доступ. А за него платились деньги. ### 1/5 — КРАСАВЦЫ НИЧЕГО НЕ СКАЖЕШЬ *2023-03-01* Была платная подписка навсегда. Удалял приложение и недавно заново решил, скачать но конкретно это приложения нет, а есть новое, аналогичное предидущего (ремейк епт). В нем подписку не могу восстановить, короче бабок собрали с людей и перезапустили приложение чтобы дальше стричь людей на деньги!!! Мошенники в чистом виде!!! Так мы узнаем вашего пользователя, и сможем восстановить полный доступ. ### 1/5 — Не работает часть приложения *2023-02-26* Ставлю одну звезду не за приложение, а за работу создателей. Само приложение мне очень нравиться. Спустя время перестал работать первый блок программы, вместо ссылки на медитации просто серый экран. И это в платной версии, при том не дешевой!!! Написала в поддержку - реакции ноль. ### 1/5 — Not for those with trauma *2023-02-16, version 4.0.42* If you have a history of trauma, PTSD, or Complex PTSD, this app is not a good fit. The questions they ask in the beginning don’t really reflect your experience well. I still tried to listen to 2 stories but had to stop both of them. The first story had sound effects of someone running with their breathing and heartbeat getting faster and faster (like running for your life sounds) and the second one was a scenario where you’re the animal trying to avoid a Hunter who is after you. Both of these triggered terrible flashbacks.
