## What is Voice Notes?

Local Transcribe turns what you say into text, right on your iPhone or iPad. No account, no cloud, no subscription.

RECORD WITHOUT WORRY
• One tap starts a recording: in the app, from the Lock Screen widget or with the Action button.
• Audio is saved while you speak. A long lecture or interview is not lost if the app is closed unexpectedly.
• Keep recording with the screen locked.

READ WHAT WAS SAID
• German and English transcription that runs entirely on your device, even in Airplane Mode.
• Notes read like a document: a title, clear paragraphs, nothing in the way.
• Tap a paragraph to hear exactly that part of the recording.
• Pin the notes you need most.

VOICE MESSAGES AND AUDIO FILES
• Share a voice message or an audio file to Local Transcribe and read it instead of listening.
• Works with m4a, mp3, wav, opus and ogg.

YOUR NOTES ARE YOURS
• Copy the text or save it to Files together with the audio at any time.
• Nothing is uploaded. There is no account and no tracking.

FAIR PRICING
• Your first three transcriptions are free, at any length.
• After that, one purchase unlocks unlimited transcription. Pay once. No subscription.
• Recording, playback and saving your audio stay free.

Requires iOS 26 or later. Apple's speech model is downloaded once by the system; after that, transcription works offline.
