After successfully recording everything it automatically saved my recordings. Afterwards when I tried to listen to them it worked once and never again. There was no instructions on how to use it and adds kept popping up. There’s two icons on the top right corner one for a password and another one that looks like a wifi icon and every time I clicked that it automatically closed the app. I was super frustrated and scared that I wouldn’t be able to hear or transfer these recordings as they are super important. I sent an email to the support centre and they sent me a guide as to how to use it. You need to slide the recording to the right to send via email or sms and it works! And if you slid to the left you can actually have the app write out the recording for you which didn’t work too well but over all I’m super happy that I was able to record, save and transfer the recordings successfully! I see lots of negative reviews and I just think people don’t know how to use the app and maybe there should be instructions. If there is a guide on how to use the app this can very well be a 5 star app! I want to thank the support team on getting back to me so quickly!
