Your recordings can be transcribed on the spot. Revisit the content of meetings or lectures later as text.

You can now convert your recordings to text.
(Transcription requires iOS 26 or later on an Apple Intelligence–capable device.)

- Turn a recording into text. Look back at what was said in a meeting or lecture.
- Everything runs on your device. Your recordings are never sent anywhere, and it works without a connection.
- The text highlights along with playback, and tapping a line jumps to that point in the audio.
- The language is detected automatically, and you can also switch it from the top right.
- You can now import audio files from other apps and from the Files app.
- Playback now resumes from where you left off.
- Recordings are now listed newest first.
- Ads are now hidden while recording, so you can stay focused.
