The option to import audio from your philes os missing. That is one key feature for which I decided to spend £49 It was working fine before now it’s just vanished not there anymore.⚠️ Be warned! The app is not working 100% as described. I’ve just sent an email to the developer. To explain my complaint so I’ll be expecting a solution and a reply from them. Otherwise I will request a refund from apple. It is totally unacceptable for a paid app not to be fully working! Especially when it’s that expensive. I’ve paid £49 for what?! Very poor service… avoid avoid avoid 🙄😩☹️😡😞 (The Icon on the bottom right of the app where the import feature is missing too)

Приложение записывало текст с аудио и вместо того, чтобы предупредить заранее, что всю расшифровку удалит — удалило текст, написав, что только в премиум версии можно записывать дольше минуты. Полный облом и убитая запись

I loved the app when I first found it. It was perfect. I had files saved from January 1 of this year and with no warning they were removed! I signed up to be a premium member thinking i could gain access to them. Not so. I’m so disappointed in anyone that would do this. Why not send a notification and give the option to upgrade BEFORE??  Those files were part of a devotional I was writing and the dates were IMPORTANT !

**Developer response:** You have to cancel it by yourself. We can’t do that for you. Please go to your account in App Store and you’ll find all your subscriptions there. You can handle all your subscriptions there.

I downloaded this because I don’t have time to write notes. It wouldn’t pick up the words even when it was close to the sound. It would put the incorrect words in. It would skip lines of speak in my notes. Just disappointed. College is rough and this would’ve been an amazing tool for me.

Heureusement que je n’ai pas payé. Impossible de reconnaître une transcription vocale. La moitié des mots sont incorrects, il manque les 3/4 de l’enregistrement... Il est clair que je ne risque pas de payer pour ça !

Нажала на кнопку пробная подписка, но деньги снялись за полную подписку!!!! Попробовала преобразовать голосовой формат из мессенджера, а эта прога видит толк о файлы с видео, аудио не видит воообще!!!! Верните деньги, мне не нужно такое приложение!!!

Translates into jibberish. You have to be right up on the microphone for this to translate to text in halfway understandable language. We had a meeting with 7 people and it was very ineffective, translated into jibberish.

Would it be possible for a feature update to include clicking a button it creates a new line so as to breakup the conversation on the screen.

以前も言いましたが，どの人（約10人以上）の人も同じで 「きょうだい」が姉妹に 「しまい」が兄弟に変換されてします。 「きょうだいしまい」と続けると正しく兄弟姉妹と変換されます。 　　　治せないでしょうか？

I am so used to things auto m-saving that I was caught off-guard that something I recorded a few hours before disappeared, so I lost an inspired poem I crafted by spoken word :( Other than that seems like a pretty good app more accurate than regular voice to text and has some good features. Beware that you have to manually save each time or what you recorded will automatically be erased.
