It works well the majority of the time. Sometimes the pitch detector goes green automatically without you singing and sometimes it has times where it doesn’t register your note accurately. The rest are f the time it’s great

**Developer response:** Thanks. We recommend you go to the settings and increase the noise threshold. Then it will ensure only your singing is being picked up to register notes accurately.

Seit kurzem funktioniert die App nicht mehr richtig..Vorher habe ich alle Töne getroffen ,jetzt wandert der Zeiger wie ein Kompass im Kreis

There is a lot of piano and no actual learning of singing and me personally, not knowing how to play the piano it makes me confused

**Developer response:** Sorry you haven't understood the foundation of this singing app. Professional singing teachers use a piano as a guide for pitch and this app aims to replicate this experience. The app has been co-designed by a pro singing teacher and all the top singers are expected to sing to a piano.

Love the app but advertising has become too intrusive. Also todays update has Free Sing abort the app after a few seconds (no adverts seen but I’d expect them). iPhone 8! With current iOS

**Developer response:** Thanks for letting us know. We have already made a fix and Free Sing is working much better. There is one full page every 2 minutes to support the developers, but there is a Premium version where there are no ads.

I paid for the app but I still see ads. They changed their billing after I purchased it, and although I am a premium user, the ads disrupt my practice. I’m so tired of contacting customer service that I’m writing this review. I also can’t access certain parts of the app either. The app would be outstanding without this problem.

I played as a child when I clicked on sing the note it showed me         a piano

There is clearly a major problem Sing the note allows a first soprano voice right up the end of the piano and in the free range it is an octave lower.  Please could this be fixed. Also more guideline on how to use the app would be useful for beginners.

**Developer response:** You can go to Settings and uncheck 'Best Octave'. Then like Free Sing, you will need to sing the correct octave. On the Menu Page, press 'i' for information. There's help for every exercise including video tutorials by professional singing teachers. These so much guidelines so you can get the most out of this singing app.

Has no feedback on how you are doing when you try to sing the notes.

**Developer response:** This is incorrect. In Sing the Note and Sing the Phrase, for example, a display shows you how close to the perfect pitch you are singing. Please ensure you have accepted the permissions to use the microphone (so the app can analyse your pitch) and in the settings, ensure you have a gauge to show the pitch you are singing.

I can’t believe I wasted money on this app. I expected instructions and not a stupid piano. I have a piano app already. If you advertise voice training, that should actually include training.

**Developer response:** Sorry you have misunderstood. The app has been co-designed by a professional singing teacher and is aimed to simulate the experience of a class where you sing to a piano. All professional singers can sing to a piano. Have you accepted the microphone permissions so the app can listen you your singing and instruct you and give you serious vocal training?

Even in complete silence, the app is picking up sound and saying that I'm perfectly tuned

“Sing the note” is literally just a digital keyboard. This app has no useful functions. It is like a first year computer science project… made by a high schooler.

The app doesn’t allow you to connect it on a Bluetooth device, like jbl speakers. So it turns the app useless cause how could you use it to teach with just the iPhone speaker ?

Hello, I really like this app. I have it on my iPhone. I would like to put it on my iPad but when I try to download it wants me to use my google account to out it on me chrome book. Is it available for the iPad? Help!
