Before subscribing, there was no clear way to check whether my carrier or country was supported. I only discovered after paying and entering the app that the setup screen listed U.S. carriers, and my Canadian carrier (Freedom Mobile) was not available. I think the app should show supported carriers and countries before a user subscribes. That would help people avoid paying for a service they may not be able to use. If the app is not ready to support Canadian carriers, then I don’t think it should be marketed in the Canadian App Store without clearly stating those limitations upfront. Users should know before purchasing whether the service will work in their country and with their carrier.
