## What is VoiceBillr?

VoiceBillr helps contractors turn spoken job notes into professional invoices and estimates.

Record the work you completed, materials used, labor time, customer details, and notes. VoiceBillr drafts the invoice or estimate so you can review it, edit anything that needs changing, and send it to your customer.

Features:
- Create invoices and estimates from voice recordings
- Review and edit drafts before sending
- Add customers, line items, notes, taxes, discounts, and due dates
- Attach proof photos to line items
- Send customer links and PDF copies
- Track unpaid invoices and job history
- Connect Stripe or Square to collect payments for real-world services
- Manage clients, jobs, reports, and business profile details

VoiceBillr is designed for contractors, tradespeople, and service businesses including plumbers, electricians, cleaners, landscapers, handymen, HVAC techs, painters, and mobile service pros.

VoiceBillr uses AI to help draft invoice and estimate details. You stay in control: every draft should be reviewed and edited before sending to a customer.

VoiceBillr does not provide tax, accounting, legal, financial, or payment collection advice.
