I signed up for the trial they make you force to add a payment as automatic renewal. I did not like it and stopped using it within a day, but forgot to cancel the automatic subscription. It’s impossible to reach out any human being to talk in this team. Reply for the emails are generic and they want to keep your money. Poor service plus poor customer service. Phone line says a generic message that due to Covid. They don’t reply on the phone.(Covid was five years ago.) Stay away , it’s not worth the hassle. **Developer response:** We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must have been. Sincerely, VoiceboxMD Support. ### 1/5 — Zero response from company *2022-05-25* I’m a physician running a busy practice. I started a 7 day trial for VoiceBoxMD. I initially scheduled a Q&A session via their website but was then told they couldn’t meet up at the time they listed as available on their scheduling tool. I received one email from the company and responded with several questions. No response. I tried to use the chat function for support on their website. No response. I tried using the software to little avail for 6 days and then cancelled. I never received a response at all. I suspect this company has or is closing. I’ve never written a negative review in my life, but steer clear. ### 1/5 — Not for Mac using Microsoft Remote Desktop *2019-12-29* Absolutely terrible experience. Shame on me for not cancelling sooner. Gave them too months while they kept saying they were working on it. They would try and we did several phone technical support calls. Would be told I’d get a call back when it didn’t work, and usually did not. It would work on the Mac, but as soon as you tried to use Nextech thru Microsoft Remote Desktop. The Support is amazing I’m able to get in touch with them within minutes. It’s not perfect but honestly it does what I need most of the time. The dictation is fairly accurate, especially with medical terms, which was a surprise. Sometimes it misses a few words or punctuation, but I just fix that quick before saving. I like that I can just speak and not have to type everything out after a long day. Support responded when I had a question about login, which was good. Still figuring out all the features but it’s already helped me save time with notes. Otherwise it gets the job done. Recognition is better than Siri for medical terms.
