The in-app help has also been corrected where it described rules the app no longer follows: you can start on this device without signing in, replaying premium audio you already made costs nothing, and background listening and Auto memorize work with a credit pack's listening period as well as with credits. Settings now also shows whether your Google Drive is connected. The credits screen is now clearer about what costs credits: replaying is free at the same speed and voice, and changing either one creates a new recording. Drive status now sits right under your account in Settings. Listen no longer skips cards it has no premium audio for: they now play in your device voice, so a brand-new deck still plays at zero credits — and if you've already made audio for that card in any voice or speed, that plays instead. Playback speed can now be changed regardless of credits. ### 1.1.142 — 2026-08-24 Listen now only charges for audio you actually hear. To keep playback seamless it prepares the next few cards ahead of you — and if you jumped elsewhere before those played, the credits were gone anyway. Now the unheard part comes back automatically when the session ends.
