In this update, we introduce automatic call transcription and summarization:
This feature allows you to read the conversation and search for specific keywords to find discussed information.
You can also share transcriptions as a TXT file for auditing or post-processing.

Also in this update:
- Departments. All extensions in your organization can be sorted by their departments.
- Block list. Now you can block incoming calls and SMS from selected contacts and phone numbers.
- Rejoin group chats. Users can leave and rejoin SMS chats with a few taps.
- Ability to send multiple pictures from your gallery at once.
- Calls and SMS history with an external contact is now unified in a single conversation thread.
- Added the ability to share information about external calls between users.

- Dark theme: Introducing a new dark theme option! Now you can enjoy a visually pleasing interface that reduces eye strain, especially in low light conditions. The dark theme is applied automatically according to iOS settings.

- New Advanced Search: With this update, you can now search for messages or calls across all your conversations using specific keywords or phrases.

- A QR code with login credentials can now be scanned from an image in Photos on your phone or iCloud.

- Contact groups: conveniently organize personal and shared contacts into groups.

- Long-pressing an entry in the calls or chats history now opens a context menu that allows you to perform additional actions, such as copying a phone number or creating a new contact.

- Shared contacts. Now not only can you send your private contacts to selected colleagues but you can create Shared contacts for your whole organization with a few taps. Simply open a contact profile and select the "Share Contact" option, to share a contact with your colleagues, organization, or other applications.

- Pin chat. You can pin important chats so they will always stay on top of your chats list.
- Added the ability to dial an external contact directly from group SMS chats.
- Improved call handling for users with multiple connected extensions.
- Improved call reliability when switching between wi-fi and 5G networks.
- Mark individual conversations as read/unread, or clear your inbox with the "Mark All Read" feature.
- Audio message preview: Listen to your recordings before sending.
- Simplified contact creation: Easily add new contacts directly from group chats.
