## What is VoiceGammon?

VoiceGammon brings Portes — one of the three traditional Greek backgammon games —
to everyone, with particular care for VoiceOver accessibility.

Play Portes:

	•	Against the computer,
	•	with a second player on the same device,
	•	online with a friend or random opponent through Game Center.

The board is fully explorable with VoiceOver. Every point announces its area,
checker color, and checker count, while available moves are offered as accessible
actions. The magic tap reports the match status, dice, bar, borne-off checkers,
and useful positional information.

Spatial sounds help you follow movement around the board through headphones and
the device speakers. VoiceGammon also includes automatic game saving, undo before
ending a turn, personal statistics, and Greek or English interfaces.

There are no ads or in-app purchases.

New landscape game layout

When the device is in landscape orientation during a game, the screen layout is optimized to make better use of the available space.

All game controls and relevant information are now grouped together and displayed vertically on the left side of the screen.

This allows the game board to occupy the entire remaining screen area, providing a larger and more comfortable gameplay view.

•	Online play has been improved: your opponent’s dice rolls and moves are now announced with the corresponding sounds, along with their Game Center nickname.

	•	This update includes additional fixes and reliability improvements.
