Voicelogs turns audio into clear, useful notes. Capture the conversation, mark what matters, and leave with a transcript, summary, and next steps.

Record without losing context

Capture meetings, interviews, lectures, and voice notes in high-quality audio. Pause and resume, select your audio input, and continue recording in the background. Add timeline markers, participants, and tags while the conversation is happening.

Transcribe And Understand

Turn completed recordings into timestamped transcripts, with speaker identification on supported plans. Voicelogs can generate clear summaries, helpful titles, and action items so you can focus on the conversation instead of taking notes.

Review The Important Parts

Play, pause, scrub, change playback speed, or skip forward and back. Jump directly to moments you marked during recording. Copy transcripts and summaries, share audio files, and manage action items across your entire library.

Stay Organized

Arrange recordings in folders, add tags and participants, search by title, and filter your library by tag. Select multiple recordings when you need to share or remove them together.

Recording, playback, and local organization work without an account. Sign in when you want cloud sync and transcription, with an option to sync audio only over Wi-Fi.

Voicelogs is designed for both iPhone and iPad and Mac.

Some transcription, AI, cloud storage, recording-length, and audio-quality features require an included allowance or optional auto-renewing monthly subscription. Features and usage limits vary by plan. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when the purchase is confirmed. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
