Finally came upon this one and its perfect. Very easy to use and now I can make room in my phones voicemail. Kudos to the team! Thank you so much. ### 5/5 — Fantastic Customer Service from Arles! *2020-07-23* I was having trouble finding saved voicemails on the app so I sent an email to customer service. I received a follow up email immediately including instructions on how to recover the voicemails. He also included his phone number if I still had trouble. I was able to call him and he walked me through my problem in just a matter of minutes. I was very thankful to recover those saved voicemails which included some that go back to 2008. My carrier lost my voicemails in their system but some savvy operator somehow stored in my actual phone device. The other service recommended by my carrier could do nothing. VoicemailSaver easily negotiated between android and Apple. The sound quality is perfect. The app is attractive and easy to use. Customer service was immediately available without any waiting. They were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind. This app allowed me to transfer my emails for storage, then I was able to delete and free up space on my phone. My call was handled by an efficient and friendly man who promptly answered the question to my iPhone issue. After saving voicemails to the app, I found I couldn’t hear them upon playback and wondered why. Luckily it was a quick-fix: I just had to take my phone off of vibrate (toggle switch above the volume controls). After doing that, I had no problem hearing saved messages. As they say “ win some , lose some and some are rained out”. A day after purchasing this App I got an Email from their technical support stating “See you purchased our App but see you have not downloaded any voice mail. Any way we can give you any help”? Wrote back and explained the above situation. They wrote back just forward the voice memos to the App. (Click on the voice mail, click on forward, click on Voicemail icon). There is no way to get a refund either. I upgraded my phone to the iPhone 13 pro and now I cannot play any of the messages. My grandma just died and I am so sad I cannot listen to some of her old messages to me. No help button. No troubleshooting on developer's website. This product is fraudulent and a Waste of money. ### 1/5 — Doesn't work *2016-09-10* After unsuccessfully trying to send a message to the app 4 times I restarted my phone. The 7th try produced a 00:00 minute message (originally a 1 minute message). The 8th try produced a 4 minute message that magically turned into 86 minutes when I hit play. And after hitting play there was no sound. Send your messages to "Voice Memo" on the iPhone. It's free, super fast and super easy. This was a mistake. I checked it a few minutes ago and all were gone. A pop up stated I had no saved voice messages. I went into panic! I did a text to the creator and truly was depressed feeling like that was it. All lost and nobody really will respond anyway. Within 2 minutes I was contacted personally by the creator with full explanation and apology’s and assured it was just updating and all would be restored by tomorrow. What can I say. So amazing. She is truly a caring real person who created this wonderful app. Thank you so much for your creativity.
