Me parece muy mal que después de haber desinstalado la aplicación y haya quitado la suscripción y ni la esté usando me hayan cobrado algo que no estoy usando, de la nada amanezco sin plata en mi cuenta por algo que no quería ojalá me devuelvan mi plata, ya pedí el reembolso porque no me parece justo esto.

Alors que j’étais ravi de cette application qui me permettait un réel confort et un vrai gain de productivité, celle-ci c’est littéralement mise à ne plus fonctionner du jour au lendemain malgré l’abonnement annuel payé peu de temps avant pour près de 50€ de mémoire. J’ai eu le « service client » qui m’a conseillé l’installation de leur toute nouvelle appli qui nécessite là encore de repasser à la caisse ! C’est navrant et vraiment frustrant !
