## What is Voices of the Quran?

Voices of the Quran plays the Quran in its normal order and gives every Surah to a
different reciter. Press one button and the recitation begins. At each Surah boundary the
voice changes, so a full Khatmah becomes a journey through many voices instead of a single
one.

This is not another reciter directory. You are not asked to browse, compare or choose. The
app assigns the voices; you listen.


A JOURNEY, NOT A PLAYLIST

Every journey is a complete pass through all 114 Surahs, in order. Each Surah is assigned
its own reciter, and no voice returns until several Surahs have passed. Reciters you have
heard least are favoured, so the pool keeps opening up the longer you listen.

Start a new journey whenever you like and the mix is visibly different.


HAFS AN ASIM, ALWAYS

A single journey never mixes riwayat. Every recitation in the app is Hafs an Asim,
verified against the source catalogue rather than assumed. Recordings whose riwayah cannot
be identified with confidence are left out rather than guessed at.

RECITATIONS

All audio is streamed directly from MP3Quran.net and is not rehosted, copied or modified.
An internet connection is required for playback. Your journey, your history and your saved
position are stored on your device and work offline.
