## What is VoiceTrail?

VoiceTrail is a voice-first journal for capturing thoughts the moment they arrive.

Open the app to today's note, press or hold the record button, and watch speech become editable bullets in real time. Keep speaking to add new entries, select a bullet to add a child note, then drag to reorganize your day into a clear outline.

Built for daily reflection, quick memos, study notes, and spoken drafts:
- Real-time speech-to-text for Chinese and English
- Calendar-based daily notes
- Bullet outline editing with nested entries
- Retype, edit, delete, undo, and reorganize notes
- Export Markdown or JSON backups

Cloud speech recognition requires network access and may be subject to monthly usage limits based on your plan. When cloud recognition is used, audio is sent to speech recognition providers to generate transcripts.
