### 5/5 — Love it

Great way to help your little one with sound interactions. Thank you!

### 5/5 — Playful and Calming

*2026-04-04*

My son doesn't talk outside of home, but this got him laughing within 5 minutes. 😍
It also helps me with my anxiety in a playful way. It's like a gamified mental health and self-awareness app.

I especially like the simplicity of the menu, it makes it easy to find what you want without getting overwhelmed. And there's an option to choose between the guided lessons with the cute animated characters or skip straight to the games. My son's favorites are Quiet World, Blend In, and the Joyful Breathing game. There's a baby character that mimics what you say, and it gets my son laughing so hard.

My son is autistic and has selective mutism - the games and breathing exercises in this app are very helpful for him. When we're on our way to his speech therapy session, he sometimes shuts down and even goes non-verbal in the car (where he usually speaks to us), but this app calms him and gets him vocalizing pretty quickly.

One last thing I appreciate about this app is the attention to privacy - you don't have to use your Apple account to sign in, and it only saves your info locally on your phone.

What I would change: I would add levels to the games and maybe an option to have a calming voice count out loud to guide you during the box breathing and the 4-7-8 breathing, because I find it helps me calm down even more when I close my eyes during these exercises.

My son uses it on his iPad and I use it here on my iPhone and we’re both love it.
