The new way to access printed information for print and visually impaired! VOICEYE is the smartphone application enabling those with print impairments to access printed information using a VOICEYE code on the printed material. Information regarding the VOICEYE code on the printed material: •VOICEYE can hold as much as two A4 pages of text on a 2.5 square centimeter code. •There’s no need for a data or internet connection to decode a VOICEYE code, as the code itself stores the data. •The VOICEYE App will use the phone camera to automatically scan the code and bring all of the text into the phone. Just imagine! You can access any printed information that is around you with your own smartphone. All education materials, all government materials, all books, notice boards in museums or libraries, in fact just about anything, once a document is produced with a VOICEYE code, any material becomes accessible and is accurately identified. In South Korea, the VOICEYE solution has been successfully applied to schools for the blind, universities with special education, publishing companies, state-run corporations, local newspapers and others. The VOICEYE solution is very popular for Dyslexia and the visually impaired. The Korean government has adopted the VOICEYE solution on its official documents, such as social security information, electricity, water, local tax bills and so on. La partie lecteur de code a barre ne fonctionne pas au Québec, mais on a SEEING A I qui fait très bien ce travail. La partie utile de cette application ÉTIQUETTE VOCALE. On peut scanner un code a barre et ajouté du texte vocale ou écris et cela permet ensuite de scanner le code a barre et de retrouvé notre texte auquel on a déja ajouté. Cela est idéal pour y mettre la recette, ou le mode d’emploi. On a même découvert que si on découpe des code a barre sur des emballages et que on les colle ou attache a un contenant de soupe qu’on a congeléet qu’on y ajoute le texte soupe dans étiquette vocale, lorsqu’on le scan a nouveau cela nous permet de savoir que c’est de la soupe même si on ne voit pas. Mais depuis la dernière mise a jour le scanner ne reconnait plus mes codes a barres que j’avais déja programmé. Autres problème n’oublié pas que les aveugles utilise souvent VOICE OVER d’APPLE. Et maintenant beaucoup de bouton sont décrit comme bouton par voice over plutot que de nous dire a quoi sert ce bouton. Un bouton retour ne devrais pas dire retour plutot que bouton? Toute la section paramètre n’est pas lu par voice over non plus.S’il vous plait serais t’il possible de réglé le problème car je comptais énormément sur cette application. Elle faisais partie de mon quotidien a chaque jour. Bien sure je pourrais me procuré un pen friends mais j’aimais bien cette méthode.
