The app is easy bypass in the settings, unfortunately I discovered how to do it and didn’t make sense anymore to continue using. I also think should have more features in the app for you to see the progress how long you stay out of your phone.

So far really loving the device, I love the pattern interrupt it provides for that autopilot app switching doom scroll hole I’ve been living in avoiding really engaging in life.. my only complaint is if you want to edit a blocked app group you have to start from scratch every time. I’d love an update where it keeps your current preferences and you can make a few tweaks and changes when you edit the group. It would be less frustrating to use this way, especially while you’re in the early stages of learning what you need and what you can block healthily and happily. Otherwise it’s brilliant!
