Voidspace is a simple, immersive app built for breathing and meditation — nothing more.

The moment you open it, deep-space particle visuals surround you. As your session deepens, the animation evolves, naturally drawing your awareness inward.

▷ Natural Breathing (4s inhale · 6s exhale)
The simplest form of diaphragmatic breathing. Perfect for everyday relaxation or winding down before sleep.

▷ Box Breathing (4 · 4 · 4 · 4)
Inhale, hold, exhale, hold — in equal counts. Used by athletes and military personnel for focus and composure under pressure.

▷ 4-7-8 Breathing (inhale 4 · hold 7 · exhale 8)
A deep relaxation technique that activates the parasympathetic nervous system. Ideal before bed or during moments of high stress.

■ Session Length
Choose from 1, 3, or 5 minutes — or go unlimited.


■ Sound
A synthesized drone shifts its filter and dynamics with each breath phase. Enable 40Hz Gamma mode to add amplitude-modulated ambient sound shown to support focus and relaxation. No headphones required.
