I signed up for a a yearly delivery pass for $100 + tax, got a couple of deliveries, then they disabled my account without notice or explanation, but didn’t cancel/refund my delivery pass. I had to call customer service and only ended up getting a partial refund. I’ve been a loyal customer of Sobeys and Farm Boy for years. They broke this loyalty. Be very weary is my advice. ### 3/5 — Some design problems *2026-07-14, version 1.438.1* Some design problems, not meeting customer need, and some execution problems around hand-offs to e.g. webpages for re-login, with failed coding for some aspects of security measures.
