With Voila, I am able to comfortably browse products, compare unit prices, and often check nutritional information and country of origin. Drivers are unfailingly considerate and efficient. As a disabled senior, I am never charged for delivery. Prices are sometimes higher than discount stores but the convenience, product range, assistance and service are definitely worth a little extra. ### 5/5 — Awesome service!! *2026-04-25, version 1.426.1* I have to say Voila has been top notch ! Some of my groceries were not up to par and they refunded those immediately!! Sometimes though Voila will just drop a favourite product for no reason, meaning a trip to the store to get it - which defeats the purpose. Each encounter with an employee is always pleasing and satisfying. I will definitely recommend everyone to shop online with Voila because all the produce is fresh and wealth it. One is good enough. They said they offer same-day delivery but I can’t even get next day delivery anymore. Also should not get annoying banners in app for a subscription I already have ### 3/5 — Promising but lots of fails *2026-01-24, version 1.413* There are some tech problems, particularly in it pushing ads for things you are already subscribed to like delivery. You’re already linked to the account — the information is available to you, Voila, so just set a damn data flag! But the main failing of the app is the information content: product descriptions are nonexistent except for nutritional information, which is routinely useless. The information is not the equal of what you’ll find on the package, after buying, which in the days of AI is incomprehensible. For instance, calories are given — but entirely without the normal reference to *what portion* the data applies to. Ok, a Casa di Mama pizza is 440 Cal. Rubbish! Now, did you mean a quarter of a medium pizza as a serving, or maybe a half? Exactly WHAT is 440 Cal.? I’m genuinely surprised there are any positive reviews for this app! ### 1/5 — Poor customer service *2026-07-15, version 1.438.1* Folks, be very cautious with this company. I signed up for a a yearly delivery pass for $100 + tax, got a couple of deliveries, then they disabled my account without notice or explanation, but didn’t cancel/refund my delivery pass. I had to call customer service and only ended up getting a partial refund. I’ve been a loyal customer of Sobeys and Farm Boy for years. They broke this loyalty. Be very weary is my advice. ### 1/5 — Terrible customer service *2026-07-01, version 1.436.1* Orders keep getting canceled with no reason given, and accounts randomly disabled. Absolutely atrocious service ### 1/5 — Too basic, might as well use the website *2026-03-27, version 1.421.2* This app needs a lot of work. Absolutely needs Face ID. Hassle to have to log in every time AND provide a code sent through email. It needs to have a separate section for our Scene+ offers, up front and clear, like the IGA app does. As for Voila itself, it is unfortunate that we can’t use IGA Scene+ offers when we can’t order from IGA and are forced to go through Voila only to find the offers don’t apply there. Voila offers are so meagre and basic. ### 1/5 — Sends Promotional Push Notifications *2026-01-16, version 1.412.1* I’ve been a Voila customer for years, but the app keeps getting worse. There is a 3 stage “did you forget” upsell when checking out. If you turn on notifications to get delivery notifications, you will also be sent promotional notifications. There are no settings to turn this off - the “Marketing Notifications“ area of settings doesn’t actually have any marketing notifications settings. Even if you are a paying customer, there will still be banner ads for deals or services. If you dismiss these ads, they will reappear in the same session. ### 1/5 — Rupture de marchandises *2026-01-11, version 1.408.1* Tout est constamment en rupture de marchandises avec aucun remplacement possible.
