Great app. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App has become unusable *2024-01-15, version 1.4.514* This app used to be really useful but has now become unusable, logs you out then cannot reconnect to the server. App Uninstall and reinstall used to work to resolve but even that is not working. Think it’s time to look for a new VOIP service. ### 1/5 — Unusable *2022-11-06, version 1.4.501* No longer accepts login. Voipfone support suggest waiting for App update. ### 1/5 — Feels like a scam.... *2019-07-09, version 1.4.109* They make you go through a long winded process of setting up an account and giving them all your personal information and then it doesn’t ever get past the security code verification page. Only fix I’ve found is having to uninstall and reinstall, have to do this on a weekly basis currently so less than ideal. When working and logged in the app works well, but is frustrating that it doesn’t just work all the time. ### 2/5 — Good app but lacking key feature *2013-04-07, version 1.2.201* Seems a great app but missing a vital feature. Once the phone goes onto divert it would be good if when a call comes through to the diverted number that you knew it was being diverted. Then you would know if it was a business or personal call which would be useful if diverting to a mobile. I have checked with customer support and they have confirmed this is not available. Until this feature is available it is of little use to me ### 3/5 — GeoDivert on iPhone 4 *2016-03-10, version 1.3.130* A great little app until recently when GeoDivert functionality stopped working on iPhone 4 due to changes to location services API. Like a previous reviewer said would be ideal if incoming diverted calls could be prefixed to let you know they are diverted. The GeoDivert is fantastic as it can auto divert extensions or the main account to your mobile or contact of choice when you leave the office based on your geo location and then turn off the divert when you return to the office without you having to lift a finger! Kind of like having a super efficient PA :) ### 5/5 — Excellent *2013-03-20, version 1.2.201* Thank you voipfone for a simple to use app that does what it says it's going to do ### 5/5 — Essential, and works well *2013-03-09, version 1.2.201* It's been a long time coming, and we've been crying out for it for some time, but at last we now have the Voipfone App. Out main criteria was needing to be able to set diverts, which the app does, but it also allows you to top up your balance. We haven't tried the latter as we have auto top-ups set, but the diverts works excellently, 100%, every time. We can even divert individual extensions too, and they have made it very easy to do so, as you have a choice of 'this phone' 'contact list' or 'other number', and it even retains the last contact lost number, so it really is a couple if clicks and you're done. The GeoDivert is also very clever, as it automatically switches the divert on if you move so far away from your 'base', which is very clever if you forget to set a divert.
