When you declined - it’s starting to call again and again. 3-4-5 times. Also no any choice to add any phone number to the block. Guys you must to fix it ### 3/5 — Too many robocalls *2025-08-23* This app has always had its challenges.. but now that it’s been working, all I get are tons of robo-spam calls. Voiply removed the ability to report spam calls from both the app and the web portal. But last I checked they still charge me extra for the spam protection that no longer seems to block spam. Really feels like the service has gone very much downhill! The App lets you get text messages, but there is no way to block spam messages so I’m always on the verge of deleting the app from my phone. Bad enough I get spam right on my mobile.. some days having this app installed is like spam_X_2 **Developer response:** Hi Konsularis! Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with our app. The app is FREE for Voiply residential customers. You just need to log into your customer portal to get the QR code then scan it and everything should work as you expect. There are days where calls don’t ring into the mobile app. Or days where they do, but not the desktop app. Then there are days where all calls go to voicemail and don’t ring anywhere. Call forwarding to my cell?? Nope, says they have the feature, but it never works. They tell me to reset everything, cause they did some updating on the back end, or works for like a day, then doesn’t again. I quickly found out you cannot send MMS messages or files through their platform . Requested a refund as they have a 30 trial but they said it was going to take 2 days . Well here I sit on day 5 with no cancellation or refund . Still have not heard back . Their chat is useless as they must not be USA based as it takes a while to get an answer . Overall my experience is not very positive so buyers be aware of this and make up your own mind . ### 1/5 — Disappointed by Voiply app. *2024-05-09, version 1.0.24* Enabling Voiply calls to show up on my cell phone has been a mistake. The app is clunky and irritating, resulting in lost calls and the inability to also answer the call on the handset tied to the Voiply number. The call quality was abysmal, and the audio cut as much as scissors. It’s actually pretty terrible at simply receiving phone calls and texts, where I’ve had many customers complain that they’ve sent me a text that I never received. Then after I restart my phone, all of a sudden I get notifications for texts that were sent days ago. Same thing for missed calls. Do not use this app if you expect it to work like a regular responsive VOIP line. You will be severely disappointed. ### 1/5 — Abysmal *2026-03-19* Upon signing up during Skype’s downtime, even I have encountered exceptionally frustrating experiences as a systems analyst; this is about as wonky as it can get. Despite operating for four years, Voiply has yet to address its UI interface, challenges, failures, and customer support. Numerous complaints have been filed with the Better Business Bureau, highlighting the same issues: the application’s ineffectiveness and the absence of adequate customer service. This situation raises concerns about the sustainability of Voiply’s business model. Furthermore, their decision to require users to update within the application, rather than submitting a new, updated app screened by the App Store, raises real ethical and accountability concerns. This approach appears to violate Apple’s privacy and security standards. ### 1/5 — No actual humans and just a bunch of poorly trained AI. *2026-01-28, version 1.0.37* I guess you get what you pay for as this isn’t expensive service has NO SUPPORT .. It kept asking me for my 10 digit number. I told him over the phone & it kept repeating my phone number then asked me to repeat my number w/o dash!!! He knows my number by repeating it but still insist I don’t use dashes. Their tech team is incompetent too. Live AGENT can’t fix anything. For 5 days straight, I still can’t send text even though I can receive them. A.I. answering services does not work! Sadly VOIPLY has been in business for over 10 years & they still have all these serious bugs!!
