When I first got started with this app we had a complicated configuration we needed due to being a startup. The customer support team was amazing and helped get us all configured.

It would be a HUGE benefit if we could record our greetings and voicemail message for our customers straight into the app instead of having to create a bunch of individual audio files and upload them.

Now our trial is about to expire and we want to keep it but we are unable to use ANY interface to set up a payment method. We used the link in our expiration notice, which took us to a page where the links to add a payment method were dead. We tried the desktop browser to find somewhere in our account to add it, again there isn’t anything. We tried the app, and again there isn’t anywhere for us to add a payment method. We tried to contact by chat during the week, but the chat was broken and wouldn’t work on chrome or Firefox. We sent emails with screenshots and explanations, and got no reply. We called Saturday morning, got put in the call queue, and then told everyone was busy to call back later or submit a super ticket.

So although it functions well, we can’t seem to get anyone to reply while we’re literally trying to remain a client.

So we have been using VoipStudio for our business communications for a while now, and although the service is not perfect (is anything?) I felt compelled to review their service so far. 

I have very little to complain about with VoipStudio, and on the rare occasion I have found an issue, the support team have been near instant in their response. 

I was having an issue most recently with the iPhone app not answering calls properly, and although this was only reported in the last few days, there was an almost immediate fox and app release through the App Store for the problem. 

The issue is now fixed and I am incredibly happy with the customer service and the service in general from VoipStudio. 

If you are reading these reviews deciding whether or not to go with them, they are by far the most responsive, cost effective and feature rich VoIP system out there, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Your business phone line will regularly go down. No way to contact their support team - there is no 24/7 support, no answer on phone lines, no chat and nothing. Our phone lines have been down for over 12 hours. No help at all, this company is a scam. Save your money and run

This app is very bad. UX is not useful at all. Also when you have a call on regular line and want to answer a voipstudio call on the line there is no voice. I have tried several times to answer voip call during another phone call I cannot hear client on the phone. There is no voice at all. I have checked sound recordings and find no voice between two client and company. It’s terrible to pay monthly fee and receive such low feature app with terrible bugs. You need to update UX and the software. This is unacceptable.

My biggest complaint is that when a cal comes in, you cannot minimize the app to do anything else. If you have to look at an email to answer a question or search for something you are SOL!!  Fix this please. Happens with any version of IOS!  

Otherwise it is okay. Fix that problem and I can give a better review.

The app constantly drops callas and won’t show the last caller number if its a miss call. Unfortunately I don’t have android anymore,the android version is working better.

I’ve been using this app whilst on the free trial and so far can’t fault it.
There’s a couple of things I would like to see such as being able to change the ringtone but nothing that affects the functionality.
