I have recorded 10+ convos on this and it has only ever done the full transcription, processing and summary for TWO of them. It starts and the times out and I have no idea why. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I paid for access. I’d really like my money back.

Seems like it will only transcribe 1/2 the time. I paid for the annual and it’s not giving me the value I paid for.

Crashes and loses important recordings. Gone. No custom vocabulary so it spells my name wrong. No skip-silence

This app recognized all surronding music and my voice and transcribed them, it coulndt be any better
