I bought 499 Rs pack but it was not showing any credit. I have proof of purchase as I used UPI. Sent an email to support group but no reply.

**Developer response:** Sorry for the inconvenience. Please email us the purchase proof showing the Voizly order details from the App Store.

A UPI payment screenshot alone does not confirm that the payment was made for Voizly. Once we receive the store order details, we’ll verify the payment and help you with the missing credits.
