I did both, paid them for the service as well as the cash advance, finished paying both in full, yet 2 weeks later after I’ve already deactivated my account and asked them to remove my data, they continue to charge my bank account for the subscription I no longer have or even can access. I don’t have an account with them nor the app anymore, yet they’re stealing money from my bank account using my debit card, and their support is unresponsive when I message them. I reached out to customer service and after almost a week they responded that they would not refund the $17.99 fee but going forward I won’t be charged again. Mind you once you cancel your account you no longer have access to the platform nor can you get any loans so essentially I am paying for nothing.
