I’ve been hung up on and NEVER have been treated this way. You NEED to know not only me but several other people who feel the same way. Why do you sell a ticket that you are supposedly able to change there flights. In the last month 3 different times your agents RUDELY TOLD ME NO. I go to try to tap the download button but an endless loading loop shows up. Mexico City was supposed to be just a layover but I ended up having to pay for another ticket the next day. Our flight was the first one out of La Paz. Unknown mechanical issues or scheduling issues we did not leave La Paz until around 11 AM which caused us to miss all of our other flights that day. Volaris issued us a voucher to use before May 2025. I just tried to use it, and it was only for half the cost of our tickets back in November. Your company should just get rid of the website and put a sign there to use app only. La única forma que dejo hacer check in fue pagando por el asiento. Traveling together with partner. When they rebooked flight they put my partner in a totally different seat further back in the plane. With no way to easily change in the app back to the original seat purchased. What’s up with that. If you are going to change flight at least get the seats right when switching the flight.
