Connect to Volava through your mobile or tablet and enjoy your own gym at home. Train, track your physical performance and compete with the rest of the participants live through the leaderboard. You can connect your bluetooth heart rate monitor as well as the Volava equipment to our application so that you can monitor the metrics anytime.

Adapt the sessions according to different criterias:

L idea es muy muy buena,pero últimamente la clases de han dejado de actualizar sobre todo l que no son de spinning  y resulta tedioso hacer clases repetidas durante tanto tiempo,ya que ya uno se las aprende y deja de tener aliciente.

Tenemos bici Volava desde hace aproximadamente 4 años y tanto mi marido como yo realizamos clases tanto de la biblioteca como en diferido de spinning y fuerza y son super entretenidas y bien preparadas. La opción de escoger tanto tiempo como nivel es ideal para adecuarlo a tu condición física como al tiempo que dispones. Muy recomendable.

Me encanta!!. para mi Volava no es solo una aplicación para hacer deporte,es una forma y un estilo de vida diferente.Te sientes acompañado en todo momento.Los estructures aparte de ser muy buenos entrenadores son gente sencilla y cariñosa te sientes como si fueses parte de su familia.Si alguien le cabe duda que coja y lo pruebe.Que tiene un mes gratis.En definitiva me encanta y no lo cambiaría por nada
